Crosslybot feature

Multiple cross-posting projects in one account

A project is a source, its targets and all publishing settings. Running several channels or clients? Create a project for each stream: they work independently and do not interfere with each other.

Once you have more than one channel, it helps to split them into projects. A project is a “source → targets” bundle with all its settings: delay, filters, signatures, AI processing. Each project lives on its own: you can turn it on, pause it, copy it or hand it over to a collaborator without touching the rest.

This is a convenient way to run several of your own channels, different language versions of one channel, or client projects if you are an SMM specialist or an agency.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create a project

Press “New project” and give it a name. The setup guide shows what to add first.

  2. 2

    Add a source and targets

The source is a Telegram or Max channel or group where posts come from. Targets are the channels, groups and communities they are published to. A project can have several targets.

  3. 3

    Tune it for the task

A project has its own delay, filters, signatures, AI processing and rules for content a platform does not accept. Each target has its own settings on top of that.

  4. 4

    Manage projects separately

Turn each project on and pause it independently, copy good settings into a new project, invite collaborators.

What you get

Independent settings

One project translates into English with AI, another uses the ad filter and a 15-minute delay. The settings of one project do not affect another.

One channel in several projects

The same channel can be the source in several projects — for example, to publish it to different targets with different processing. The bot will not let two projects be on if they would send the same post to the same target twice.

Start and pause separately

Paused one project — the rest keep working. From the Pro plan there is a deferred pause: a project or a single target pauses for a set time, and posts pile up and go out afterwards.

Copy in one click

Copy a project — the copy gets all settings, sources and targets and is created paused: change what you need and turn it on.

Shared access

Invite up to 5 collaborators to a project (from the Mini plan) and choose their rights: edit source and target settings, manage the project and Operations, transfer old posts. Limits are counted for the project owner.

Everything visible per project

Each project has its own Operations section: queue, errors, published and filtered posts — without mixing with other projects.

FAQ

How many projects can I create?

Free — 1 project, Mini — 3, Standard, Pro, Maxi and Business — unlimited. See the plan comparison on the pricing page.

How is the target limit counted?

The target limit is shared across the account: active targets in all your projects are counted. Free — 2 targets, Mini — 5, Standard — 20, Pro, Maxi and Business — unlimited.

Is the publication limit shared between projects?

Yes, the monthly publication limit is shared by all projects of the account. In projects where you are a collaborator, the project owner’s limit is used.

Why several projects if one project can have many targets?

If all targets need one source and similar settings, one project is enough. Separate projects are for different sources, different clients or different processing of the same channel: for example, one project publishes as is, another translates into English.

Can one channel be connected to several projects?

Yes, both as a source and as a target. The only restriction: two projects that send posts from the same source to the same target cannot be on at the same time — the bot will not turn on the second one and will tell you which to switch off, otherwise the post would go out twice. Different topics of one forum are not considered duplicates.

How do I quickly make a similar project?

Copy an existing one: the copy gets all settings, sources and targets and starts paused. Learn more in “Project cloning”.

What happens to projects when I downgrade?

If you have more projects or targets than the new plan allows, the extra ones become inactive but are not deleted — you can turn them back on after upgrading.
