Partner Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Crosslybot referral partner program (the "Program").

Any registered Crosslybot user who has accepted these terms may participate in the Program.

Acceptance occurs by clicking "Accept terms and continue" in the Partner Program section of the app. Acceptance constitutes full and unconditional agreement with all provisions of this document.

Using the Program's referral features without accepting these terms is not permitted.

Each participant receives a unique referral link in the Partner Program section of the app.

A new user is considered an attracted referral only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The user followed the participant's referral link
• The user had not previously registered with Crosslybot
• The attribution occurred at first bot launch

Each new user may be attributed to only one partner. Re-attribution is not performed.

For each subscription payment made by an attracted referral, the partner receives a reward in Telegram Stars at the following rates:

• 30% — during the first year from the referral's attribution date
• 10% — during years 2, 3, and 4
• 0% — after 4 years from the referral's attribution date

Rewards are calculated only on subscription payments. Additional AI package purchases (ai_topup) are excluded.

Rewards are denominated in Telegram Stars regardless of the currency or payment method used by the referral.

After accrual, each reward remains in hold status for 45 calendar days from the date of accrual.

The hold period protects against refunds via Apple, Google, and other payment systems. Telegram allows refund requests for up to 14 days; 45 days provides a safe margin.

After the hold period expires, the reward becomes available for use.

If a refund is issued for the associated payment, the corresponding reward is cancelled regardless of whether the hold period has expired.

The minimum threshold for redeeming rewards is 1,000 Telegram Stars.

Accumulated Stars do not expire while the account remains active.

Accumulated rewards are planned to be redeemable in the following ways (features are under development and will roll out gradually):

• Promo codes for Crosslybot subscription plans
• Promo codes at partner services
• Stars withdrawal

Detailed terms for each redemption method will be published separately as they become available.

Program participants are prohibited from:

• Self-referral — registering additional accounts to refer yourself
• Artificial inflation — creating fake accounts or using bots to earn rewards
• Spam — mass distribution of the referral link in violation of platform rules and messaging policies
• Fraud — any other abuse aimed at obtaining rewards without genuine referrals

Upon detection of violations, the operator may cancel accrued rewards, exclude the participant from the Program, or delete the account without notice and without compensation.

The operator may modify these terms at any time without prior notice to participants.

The updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued participation in the Program after publication constitutes full acceptance of the new terms.

Participants are responsible for monitoring the current version of this document.

A participant may leave the Program by deleting their Crosslybot account.

Upon account deletion, all accumulated but unused Stars are permanently forfeited. No payout of the remaining balance is made.

The operator may unilaterally remove a participant from the Program for violation of these terms or the main Terms of Service.
