Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
Right in the Telegram bot — using Telegram Stars or T-Bank (rubles). No cards on the website, no separate sign-up. Tap “Pay” inside @Crosslybot — receipt arrives in chat.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes, anytime. On upgrade — new limits apply immediately, you only pay the prorated difference. On downgrade — new limits kick in from the next billing cycle, the current period finishes on the old plan.
What happens to limits and posts on downgrade?
Posts already published stay. Your accumulated bonus balance for AI & posts does not expire between plan changes. If the new plan has fewer projects/targets — extras become inactive but are not deleted (reactivate after upgrade).
What's the AI & posts bonus balance?
When your monthly quota runs out you can top up with extra packs of AI requests or posts (from 50 to 10,000). These packs never expire and survive plan changes. Useful for occasional spikes — e.g. importing 2,000 posts from an old channel one month.
Are refunds available?
Refunds for the unused period are possible — message support via the bot or email support@crosslybot.com. See the Terms of Service for details.
Bank invoice payment
For businesses and sole proprietors — pay by bank invoice. Contact support inside the Crosslybot app or web dashboard, or email support@crosslybot.com.
You can include your billing details and the desired plan upfront — we'll send an invoice in reply. Once payment is received, the plan activates automatically.
