Crosslybot feature

Instant cross-posting from Telegram and Max to VK and OK

Post in Telegram or Max as usual — the post appears in every connected channel and group: Telegram, VK, Max and OK. The format adapts to each platform.

Crosslybot turns one post into publications across all your social networks. You write in Telegram or Max, and the bot instantly sends the post to your connected Telegram, VK, Max and OK channels and groups — with photos, videos and formatting.

Each platform gets its own version: the text fits its limits, unsupported elements are adapted, and if your decision is needed the bot asks. Delay, captions, AI processing, watermark and filters are optional — per project and per target.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect a source

Add the bot as an admin to a Telegram or Max channel or group — Crosslybot will take posts from there.

  2. 2

    Add targets

Telegram and Max channels and groups, a VK community or personal page, an OK group — as many targets per project as you need.

  3. 3

    Post as usual

A new post in the source goes to every target right away. Formatting, media and buttons are carried over according to what each platform supports.

  4. 4

    Track the status

The Operations section shows where the post has gone out, what is queued and why something was not published.

What you get

All content types

Formatted text, photos, videos, albums of up to 10 media, documents, voice messages. Polls go to OK natively and to other platforms as text with answer options. Quotes and URL buttons are kept where the platform supports them.

Adapted to each platform

Platforms have different limits: Telegram — 4096 characters (1024 in a media caption), Max — 4000, VK — 15,895, OK — 16,000. Long text is split, shortened with AI, skipped or sent to you for a decision — your choice.

Edits before publishing are picked up

If a post is still waiting to be sent (for example, with a delay), an edit in the source updates the text, media and buttons in every target.

No loops

If Telegram and Max are set up to post to each other, the bot recognises its own publications and does not send them around in circles.

Retries on failures

If a platform temporarily rejects media, Crosslybot retries automatically. The result for every target is in the Operations section.

Extras — when you want them

Publishing delay, captions, AI translation and style, watermark, filters — turn on only what you need, per project and per target.

FAQ

Which platforms can posts come from?

The source is a Telegram or Max channel or group. You can publish to Telegram, VK (community or personal page), Max and OK. Posts from your own systems can be sent through the Webhook API.

What if a platform does not support a content type?

The bot adapts the post: for example, a poll goes to Telegram, VK and Max as text with answer options and to OK as a native poll. OK does not accept audio, voice messages and documents — they are removed from the post. A video above the platform limit (for example, Max — 250 MiB, VK — 2 GB) can be skipped, published as text or decided manually.

What happens to text longer than the platform limit?

Pick a strategy in the settings: split into parts, shorten with AI, skip, or ask every time. You can answer with buttons in the bot or in the Operations section.

Can posts go out with a delay instead of right away?

Yes. The delay can be set for the project and separately for a target — see smart delay. A temporary pause stops publishing for a while.

I edited a post after it was published — will the targets change?

No. Edits are picked up while the post is not yet published. After publishing, changes in the source are not carried over.

How much does it cost?

You can start on the free plan: 1 project, 2 targets and 15 posts per month. Other plans are on the pricing page.
