Choose a creation method
Max offers two ways to create a channel. First — via the @channel_bot, if you have a channel with an A+ mark on another platform (VK, Telegram, Dzen, Odnoklassniki). Second — via the MAX partner platform (business.max.ru) for verified organizations. Choose the option that fits you.
Method 1: via @channel_bot
Find @channel_bot in Max (or search for 'Каналы в MAX'). Tap 'Start' and follow the instructions: share your phone number, send a link to your A+ resource, and a link to your Roskomnadzor registration. Important: your Max profile must use the same phone number as your resource registration. For Telegram channels, you'll need to add a hashtag to the channel description for verification.
Method 2: via the partner platform
Go to business.max.ru and register your organization. After verification, open the @business_channel_bot — enter your channel name and confirm creation. The channel username will be auto-generated in the format idINN_biz. This method does not require an A+ mark on other platforms.
Wait for moderation
After submitting your application, the Max administration will review it. You'll receive a response within a few days. If rejected, you can resubmit with corrections.
Connect the channel in Crosslybot
Once your channel is created, open @crosslybot in Telegram. Add the Max channel as a cross-posting target. You'll need a Max bot — create one via business.max.ru (see the guide 'How to create a bot in Max'). Add the bot as a channel administrator — after that, cross-posting will work automatically.
