Register on business.max.ru
Go to the MAX partner platform — business.max.ru/self. Register and create an organization profile. A verified profile is required to create a bot — you'll need to confirm your company details (tax ID, registration info).
Complete organization verification
After registration, wait for profile verification. The platform will review your organization data. This may take a few days. You can create up to 5 bots per organization.
Create the bot
In your verified profile, find the 'Chat bot and mini-app' section. Click 'Create' and fill in the bot card: enter the name, description, and upload an avatar. Click 'Create' to submit for moderation.
Wait for moderation and copy the token
After moderation approval, the bot will become available. Copy the bot token — a long string of characters that serves as the API access key. Keep the token secure and don't share it with third parties.
Connect the bot to Crosslybot
Open @crosslybot in Telegram. In settings, add a Max account and paste the copied token. Then add the bot as an administrator to your Max channel with publishing permissions. Crosslybot will now automatically publish posts through this bot.
