How to set up

1

Open the Crosslybot bot in Max

Find the Crosslybot bot in Max and tap “Start” — the bot creates your account and opens the dashboard.

2

Add the bot to your Max group

Add the bot as a group administrator. The group appears in your sources — or forward any message from it to the bot.

3

Connect OK

In the Odnoklassniki section, tap “Connect Odnoklassniki”, sign in and select groups where you are an administrator or moderator.

4

Set up source filters

Create a project: the Max group is the source, the OK group is the target. Decide whether to skip replies and whose messages to transfer.

Features

Admin messages only

Load the list of group administrators in the source settings — and only their messages will go to OK.

No replies

Replies can be skipped so member conversations don't end up in the group feed.

Author name in the post

Add the sender's name at the start of the post — OK subscribers will see who wrote the message.

Photos and videos

Photos and videos up to 1 GB are transferred along with the text. The post is published on behalf of the OK group.

AI text processing

The neural network can rewrite a message for the OK audience: change the tone, shorten it, translate it.

Publishing delay

Publish immediately or with a delay — each target has its own.

FAQ

Will every group message end up in OK?

Only the ones that pass your filters. Enable reply skipping and “admins only” mode — then announcements reach the group, not the conversation.

How does “admins only” mode work in Max?

Max doesn't report the author's role, so the list of group administrators is loaded with a button in the source settings. If the admin team changes, refresh the list with the same button.

Can I transfer old group messages?

No, history transfer works for channels only. From groups, new messages are published — starting from the moment you set up the project.

What happens to audio and files?

OK doesn't accept audio or files in group posts. The bot removes them and publishes the rest; a message with only a file is skipped.

Can I publish to Telegram and VK at the same time?

Yes, add any targets to the project — OK groups, VK communities, Telegram channels, Max channels and groups.

If your community talks in a Max group, important messages from it can be published automatically in an OK (Odnoklassniki) group. Crosslybot transfers them with text, photos and videos — handy for residential complexes, clubs, schools and local communities.

Source filters help separate announcements from conversation: transfer only administrators’ messages, skip replies and add the author’s name at the start of the post.
