Webhook OUT as a trigger for Zapier, Make and n8n
A publication — a trigger for any of your no-code scenarios.
The problem
After a publication you want to automatically trigger a bunch of actions: create a Jira task, update an Airtable record, post in Slack, update CRM status. Doing each such integration by hand is hours.
How Crosslybot solves it
Crosslybot's outgoing webhook becomes a trigger for Zapier, Make or n8n. One event triggers any scenario — no code and no custom integrations.
Crosslybot exposes an event about every publication that can be used as a trigger in Zapier, Make or n8n. One event — any chain of actions in the no-code platform: a Jira task, an Airtable record, a Slack message, a CRM update.
No need to write your own integrations and connectors — no-code platforms already know how to talk to all services. Crosslybot becomes the center of automation around content: a publication triggers your business process automatically.
How to set up
Create a scenario
In Zapier, Make or n8n, create a scenario with a Webhook trigger (Catch Hook).
Copy the trigger URL
The service gives a unique URL — this is the receiver for the outgoing webhook.
Set up Webhook OUT
In the Crosslybot dashboard, specify this URL and enable the outgoing webhook.
Build the chain of actions
In the scenario, add any steps: a Jira task, an Airtable record, a Slack message, a CRM update.
What's inside
A trigger for everything
One publication event triggers any chain of actions in the no-code platform.
No custom integrations
No need to write your own connectors — Zapier/Make/n8n already know how to talk to everything.
Idempotency and retry
Every event is HMAC-signed, delivery is retried on failures — the scenario doesn't miss the trigger.
Result
A publication triggers any of your business processes automatically. Crosslybot becomes the center of no-code automation around content.

How many scenarios can I connect?
As many as you want — each scenario is a separate receiver URL. You can send to one or several in parallel.
