URL processing rules during cross-posting
Links in posts — under control on every platform.
The problem
Source posts have links that aren't needed on other platforms: third-party referrals, links to the bot, the wrong UTM tag. Cleaning them by hand in every post before cross-posting is routine and a risk of missing something.
How Crosslybot solves it
Crosslybot applies URL processing rules when publishing to a target. An unwanted link can be removed, and one can be replaced with another — for example, substituting your own UTM tag or an affiliate link.
Crosslybot applies link processing rules during cross-posting. An unwanted link can be removed from the text, and one can be replaced with another — for example, substituting your own UTM tag or an affiliate link for a foreign one.
The rules are configured separately for each target, so Telegram, VK and Max can each have their own logic. Third-party referrals and extra URLs don’t go to the platforms, and the right links are substituted automatically — with no manual cleaning of each post.

FAQ
Can I replace a link with my own that has UTM?
Yes. The replacement rule substitutes the needed link for the original — for example, yours with a UTM tag.
Do the rules work the same for all platforms?
No, URL rules are configured separately for each target — Telegram, VK and Max can each have their own logic.
What about link buttons?
URL buttons transfer to Telegram and Max; for VK the button becomes a text link, to which the rules also apply.
