What it solves

Announcements for parents: from a Max group to OK

Schedules, cancellations and money collections — in the Max chat and the OK group at once.

The problem

A teacher runs a group in Max: schedules, rescheduled classes, collecting money for uniforms and trips. But some parents and grandparents read only OK. There's no time to duplicate every announcement by hand, and the shared chat also holds conversations that shouldn't be taken outside.

How Crosslybot solves it

Crosslybot takes only admin messages from the Max group and publishes them to the OK group. Replies and parents' conversations stay in the chat, while announcements go out on OK on behalf of the group.

Clubs, sports sections and schools often talk to parents in a Max group, but part of the family reads only OK (Odnoklassniki). Crosslybot connects both platforms: the teacher’s announcements from the Max group automatically go out in the OK group.

Source filters separate announcements from conversations — only admin messages go to OK, without replies or discussions.

How to set up

1

Add the bot to the Max group

Open the Crosslybot bot in Max and add it to the group as an administrator.

2

Connect the OK group

In the Odnoklassniki section, sign in to your account and tick the group of the club or class.

3

Enable filters

In the source settings, load the list of administrators and enable reply skipping — only announcements will go outside.

4

Post announcements as usual

A teacher's message in the Max group appears on OK within a few seconds.

What's inside

Administrators only

Messages from teachers and administrators go to OK; parents' conversations stay in the chat.

No replies

Replies to messages can be skipped so that 'thank you' and 'what time?' don't end up in the group feed.

Photos and videos

Photos from competitions and videos from concerts transfer along with the text.

Result

All relatives hear about rescheduled classes and money collections on time — where it's convenient for them — and the teacher writes each announcement once.

FAQ

How does the bot know who is an administrator in Max?

Max doesn't report the author's role, so the list of group administrators is loaded with a button in the source settings. If the admin team changes, refresh it with the same button.

Can I do the same with a Telegram group?

Yes. In a Telegram group, “admins only” mode works without a list — the bot checks the author's role itself.

Will voice messages reach OK?

No, OK doesn't accept audio or voice messages. Such messages are skipped; text and photos are published.

Can I sign an announcement with the teacher's name?

Yes, enable the sender name in the source settings — it will appear at the start of the post.
