Building or neighborhood chat → OK (Odnoklassniki) group
Water shutoffs, residents' meetings and local news — in the OK group with no manual duplication.
The problem
Life in the building or neighborhood happens in a Telegram chat: announcements from the property management company, utility shutoffs, residents' meetings. But older neighbors aren't in the chat — they read OK. An initiative group duplicates announcements by hand, some get lost, and important messages drown in the chatter.
How Crosslybot solves it
Crosslybot takes only admin messages from the Telegram chat — from the right topics, if it's a forum — and publishes them to the OK group. Discussions stay in the chat, and announcements reach every neighbor.
A neighbors’ Telegram chat is a convenient place for discussions, but important announcements are easy to miss there, and some residents don’t use messengers at all. Crosslybot moves admin announcements to an OK (Odnoklassniki) group automatically.
Source filters keep the conversation in the chat: only messages from administrators and selected topics reach the group.
How to set up
Add the bot to the chat
Add @crosslybot to the building or neighborhood Telegram chat as an administrator.
Connect the OK group
Create a group for neighbors or use an existing one, and connect it in the Odnoklassniki section.
Set up filters
Enable “admins only” and reply skipping; in a chat with topics, choose the announcements topic.
Done
Announcements from the chat go out in the OK group within a few seconds.
What's inside
Announcements only
The group gets admin messages, not the neighbors' entire conversation.
Forum topics
If the chat is split into topics, publish only from the “Announcements” topic — or from several selected ones.
Photos and management company documents
Photos of notices and plans transfer. OK doesn't accept files — it's better to post a snapshot of a document as an image.
Result
Announcements reach all residents, including those who don't use messengers, and chat admins don't need to duplicate them by hand.
FAQ
Will regular members' messages end up in the group?
No, if “admins only” mode is enabled. The bot checks the author's role itself.
What if the building chat is in Max?
That works too: the bot also works with Max groups, only there the list of administrators is loaded with a button in the source settings.
Will service messages transfer too?
No, 'joined' and 'pinned' messages and bot commands are never transferred.
Can publishing be delayed?
Yes, you can set a delay on the target — for example, so an admin has time to fix an announcement before it goes out in the group.
Ready to try?
Connect the bot in 2 minutes. Free plan — no cards, no signup.
