Publication moderation via a publishing delay
Set a delay — and have time to review the post before it goes out to the platforms.
The problem
A post went out on Telegram — and instantly flew to VK and Max. You spot a typo, the wrong price or an extra line — but the post is already in front of the whole audience. You have to roll it back in three places, in a hurry.
How Crosslybot solves it
Crosslybot adds a configurable delay before publishing to target channels. The post sits in the queue from a few minutes to a day — during that time you review it and, if needed, cancel it in the Operations section.
Crosslybot lets you build moderation into cross-posting via a configurable publishing delay. The post goes out in the source channel immediately, but reaches the target platforms only after the delay ends — from 5 minutes to 24 hours.
While the post sits in the queue, it’s visible in the Operations section: you can proofread it and, if needed, cancel it before it goes out to VK and Max. Mistakes, typos and inaccuracies are caught before the audience sees them — with no urgent rollbacks across several channels at once.
How to set up
Connect a project
Set up the source and target platforms in @Crosslybot.
Set the delay
In the target settings, specify a publishing delay — from 5 minutes to 24 hours.
Publish as usual
The post goes into the queue and waits out the delay without going to the platforms.
Review or cancel
Every scheduled post is visible in the Operations section — cancel it before it goes out if needed.
What's inside
A review window
A delay from 5 minutes to 24 hours gives you time to proofread the post before the audience sees it.
One-click cancellation
A scheduled post is visible in Operations — canceling before publishing removes it from all targets at once.
Deferred pause
You can pause a project or an individual target — posts accumulate and go out after the pause is lifted.
Result
Mistakes are caught before the audience sees them. Cross-posting is under control — with no urgent rollbacks across three channels at once.
FAQ
Does the delay apply to the source too?
No. In the source channel the post goes out immediately. The delay only applies before publishing to target platforms.
Can I set a different delay for different targets?
Yes. The delay is configured per target — one for VK, another for Max.
What if I don't manage to review it?
When the delay ends, the post is published automatically. If you need more time, put the target on a deferred pause.
Where do I cancel posts?
In the project's Operations section — it shows the list of scheduled posts with a cancel button.
