The problem

The team discusses and writes content in a Telegram group, but it needs to be published to channels. Someone pulls messages out of the chat by hand and lays them out across platforms — slow, and it's easy to miss the right one.

How Crosslybot solves it

Crosslybot makes a Telegram group a cross-posting source. Messages from the group go automatically to channels and social networks — with an admin filter, forum topics and skipping replies.

Crosslybot lets you make a Telegram group a cross-posting source. The team writes and discusses content in their usual chat, and the bot automatically distributes the right messages to Telegram channels, VK communities and Max channels.

The admin filter takes only admins’ messages, you can listen to a specific forum topic and skip replies. The author’s name is shown or hidden as you choose. Content goes to the platforms on its own — nothing needs to be pulled out of the chat by hand.

How to set up

1

Add the bot to the group

Add @Crosslybot to the Telegram group and grant it admin rights.

2

Set up filtering

Choose whose messages to take: admins only or everyone. Specify a forum topic if you need a specific one.

3

Add targets

Connect Telegram channels, VK communities and Max channels where posts go.

4

Publish from the group

A message in the group automatically spreads across every connected platform.

What's inside

Admin filter

Take only admins' messages into cross-posting — members' chatter stays in the group.

Forum topics

You can listen to a specific forum topic — only content from it is published, not the whole chat.

Sender display

The author's name can be shown or hidden in the published post — your choice.

Result

Content from the work group spreads across channels on its own. The team writes in their usual chat, pulling nothing out by hand.

FAQ

Will the bot post literally every message from the group?

No. The admin filter, forum topics and skipping replies select only the right messages. Service messages are ignored.

Can I hide who wrote the post?

Yes. Sender display is configurable: name, name with username, bold name, or fully hidden.

Does it work with forums?

Yes. You can specify a particular forum topic — only messages from it go into cross-posting.

Which platforms can be the target?

Any: Telegram channels and groups, VK communities, Max channels — in any combination.
